Wednesday, April 22 | Golf Tournament at Lake Jovita

Experience the rolling hills and elevation changes that would have you believe you’re in North Carolina. Interwoven through lakes, ponds, valleys, hills, and lush vegetation make Lake Jovita a premier golfing destination. The golf clubs' amenities include a highly rated Golf Shop (Top 100 in America by “Golf Business World”) and a world-class fifteen-acre practice facility with bunkers and chipping area, as well as a one-acre putting green.

For attendees partaking in the Golf Tournament, we request that you bring your own golf clubs. Wednesday morning a charter bus service (with on-board breakfast and coffee) will depart the Grand Hyatt first thing. Upon arrival to the course, golfers will have some​ brief range time followed by a shotgun start at Lake Jovita’s South Course; click here​ to see a teaser on this 18-hole course. Following the tournament, an on-site lunch buffet will be served for all golfers before the arranged transportation returns participants to the Grand Hyatt.

Wednesday, April 22 | Cocktails and Banquet Dinner at Grand Hyatt Ballroom

Following what is sure to be a great day on the course, Colliers has a wonderful evening planned on the rooftop of the Grand Hyatt (indoor and outdoor access) overlooking Tampa Bay. Attendees are invited to our opening cocktail hour before kicking off our Banquet Dinner at the Rooftop Ballroom within the Grand Hyatt with panoramic sunset-views of Tampa Bay. Concluding our Banquet Dinner, attendees will then be invited to move the socializing downstairs to the hotel lobby bar of the Grand Hyatt for post-dinner drinks.

Thursday, April 23 | Investors Forum at Grand Hyatt Ballroom

Our main event will kick-off early Thursday morning at the Grand Hyatt’s Rooftop Ballroom for pre-forum networking and a hot breakfast buffet and beverage station.

Following breakfast, the Investors Forum will kick off with brief opening remarks to set the tone for the day. Afterward, we’ll transition into a series of dynamic panel discussions featuring a mix of your industry peers and Colliers brokers. These panels will cover a wide range of timely topics — from market fundamentals and capital markets to other key issues shaping today’s investment landscape. The formal program will conclude with an audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with panelists and dive deeper into the subjects that matter most.
